Program Manager for Space Operations

Lead innovative space programs as a Program Manager on the Robotics & Space Operations team based in Brampton. Drive international projects and enhance customer relationships in the aerospace sector.

MDA seeks a skilled Program Manager with at least five years of experience in managing high-value space, aerospace, or defense programs. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in leading cross-functional teams and utilizing program management best practices. You'll work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects and navigate contracts and compliance with ITAR regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program teams to meet technical, schedule, and budget goals

• Manage program risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

• Conduct regular progress meetings and program reviews

• Negotiate program aspects with customers to ensure alignment

• Prepare and review program financial reports for management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in Program Management for high-value projects

• Strong knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and practices

• Proficient with MS Project and risk management methodologies

• Ability to travel as needed

• Hold required security clearance for sensitive operations
