Senior Housing Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee a professional planning team

• Develop and implement housing policies and plans

• Manage projects, budgets, and incentive programs

• Coordinate public consultations and engage stakeholders

• Prepare Corporate Reports for Council decisions

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Planning or equivalent experience

• Six to eight years in housing and policy planning

• OPPI membership with RPP designation required

• Strong project and people management skills

• Advanced knowledge of Ontario planning legislation
