Position: Full-Time Body Shop Supervisor
Join our Brampton team as a Full-Time Body Shop Supervisor. This hands-on role emphasizes worker supervision, safety regulation compliance, and effective project management.

As the Body Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 employees, preparing critical production reports, and scheduling tasks. With 1-2 years of industry experience, you will ensure that all projects meet required standards while maintaining a safe working environment. Your organizational skills will be essential for managing daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workforce and monitor project progress

• Create and manage production and project reports

• Coordinate shop activities and set work schedules

• Train personnel in techniques and safety procedures

• Estimate material needs and order supplies

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate is required

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the automotive field

• Strong judgment and organizational skills
