As the Service Team Leader, you will oversee a diverse group of over ten technicians, prioritizing safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities include managing service orders and coordinating effective customer support. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the technical team
• Provide functional support and training to team members
• Ensure safety practices and quality standards are met
• Oversee inventory accuracy and maintenance of fleet
• Report to the Service Center Manager with analysis
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or relevant industry experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• At least five years of management experience required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Adaptable with excellent organizational abilities
