As a Program Manager in Adobe’s Risk Advisory and Assurance Services, you will innovate audit practices through technology and AI-driven solutions.
Your role involves enhancing the RAAS operating model and driving strategic projects, all while supporting audit planning and risk assessments. This is an opportunity to transform internal auditing processes at scale, making lasting improvements within teams and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support audit planning and risk assessment initiatives
• Lead AI tool adoption and operationalization across RAAS
• Own the RAAS Quality Assurance Improvement Program
• Maintain audit methodology and implement IIA Global Standards
• Design and scale the RAAS metrics program for reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Knowledge of internal audit concepts and frameworks
• Experience developing operational metrics and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and audit tools
• Strong critical thinking and project management skills
