Senior Project Manager

Lead major structural steel projects with a focus on operational excellence and fiscal performance in Brampton, ON. This Senior Project Manager role requires strategic oversight and collaboration for successful project delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will drive the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects within the Structural Steel Division. This includes managing multi-million dollar budgets, optimizing project schedules, and enhancing team performance. You will also work closely with internal fabrication shops and various stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of structural steel projects

• Manage project budgets with rigorous financial forecasting

• Collaborate with internal teams for synchronized workflows

• Communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders

• Enforce health and safety compliance on-site

Requirements:

• 10+ years in project management specific to structural steel

• Proven delivery of $10M+ initiatives in infrastructure

• Knowledge of steel design and fabrication logistics

• Experience in contract management and change orders

• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
