Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

• Manage performance and training of departmental staff

• Document compliance with health regulations

• Supervise vendor agreements and responsibilities

• Control budget and inventory management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary studies or Environmental Services certificate

• At least two years in a managerial role

• Background in long-term care settings required

• Health and Safety certification needed post-hire

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
