Manager Facilities & Maintenance DEW Engineering

Drive exceptional maintenance practices at DEW Engineering as the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, overseeing key operations while ensuring the highest standards in Ontario and New Brunswick.

Reporting directly to the Senior Plant Manager, you will spearhead efforts in maintenance management and facilities planning. This position requires strategic thinking and team leadership to foster preventive and predictive maintenance frameworks. You will also have a critical role in managing resources and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a robust TPM plan

• Execute maintenance strategies aligned with operational goals

• Coordinate comprehensive maintenance and repair activities

• Supervise workforce and manage subcontractor engagements

• Maintain and ensure upkeep of facility systems and services

Requirements:

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

• 8+ years in heavy manufacturing or 5+ in regulated industries

• Expertise in RCM, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies

• Capability to obtain Secret clearance

• Experience with armored vehicle production is a plus
