This role demands a seasoned Program Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. You will manage the technical aspects of processes, ensuring compliance with IATF
16949 and ISO
14001 standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful product launches, meeting customer and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage program implementation from order to production
• Oversee APQP processes and facilitate PFMEA creation
• Liaise between teams for timely product and process design
• Track tool completion timing and program launch metrics
• Ensure ergonomic work cell design and resource coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in program management or launch coordination
• Proficient in process knowledge and technical blueprint reading
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience in manufacturing environment
