Lead Senior Project Manager in Steel

Become a pivotal player at Green Infrastructure Partners as a Senior Project Manager for our Structural Steel Division in Brampton, ON. Drive project execution and profitability on major infrastructure initiatives.

This role requires expertise in managing large-scale structural steel projects from conception to field execution. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams and external stakeholders, steering complex commercial contracts and optimizing project delivery processes. With your strategic oversight, you will ensure that budgets and schedules are meticulously adhered to while guiding junior project members toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage large structural steel projects

• Oversee project budgets and financial forecasting

• Facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Develop and mentor junior project coordinators

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of progressive project management experience

• Proven ability in delivering major infrastructure projects

• Deep understanding of NDT and welding standards

• Expertise in managing commercial contracts and changes

• P.Eng. or PMP certification strongly preferred
