As a Leading Personal Finance Manager at Alterna, your main objective is to support the Branch Manager and drive sales initiatives that elevate member satisfaction. You will employ your expertise in coaching and staff development to meet and surpass sales targets while ensuring compliance with all operational policies. Your leadership will be essential in cultivating a positive team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training and performance monitoring of sales staff
• Assist in the development of the Annual Operating Plan
• Ensure adherence to compliance and cash control standards
• Resolve member issues to ensure satisfaction
• Engage in staff evaluations and development planning
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in personal finance management
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Proven knowledge of sales processes
• Completion of CSC or IFIC considered an asset
• Proficient with MS Office and other software applications
