OPENLANE seeks a Lot Operations Supervisor to lead the Lot Assistants and Drivers at the VLC, coordinating vehicle inventory, staging for reconditioning, and timely reporting. You will ensure safety standards, staff staffing for volume, and effective use of systems like VTrace and AMS.
The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.
