Bayshore Health Care invites applications for the Regional Operations Manager, Specialty Nursing Services, contract 18 months. You will drive the operation of the Bayshore Specialty Nursing Network across clinics, home pharma, and virtual care, ensuring high patient care and safety while meeting fiscal goals.
You will oversee SPNM teams, coordinate with the Senior Operations Manager, and manage staffing, audits, and continuous improvement across regions.
