Global Contingent Workforce Operations Manager

Lead operational excellence for Autodesk’s global contingent workforce program. As the Operations Manager, you will shape how workforce technology and governance enhance operational delivery.

PARKLAND CO-OP is seeking an experienced Global Contingent Workforce Operations Manager. This position requires at least 5 years in workforce operations or HR technology. You will partner closely with various teams including engineering and procurement to drive operational optimization, implement AI capabilities, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Senior Manager for global program execution

• Drive improvements in operational workflows

• Lead SAP Fieldglass administration and optimization

• Develop operational dashboards and reporting tools

• Support MSP governance and service performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years in contingent workforce operations

• Experience with SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Proven systems thinking across operational workflows
