As a Rig Manager, you will oversee all aspects of rig operations, ensuring safety compliance and crew performance throughout shifts. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee rig operations and crew performance across tours

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OHS regulations

• Coordinate with client representatives and service providers

• Manage rig moves, inspections, and maintenance schedules

• Conduct operational reports, cost tracking, and evaluations

Requirements:

• 5 years drilling experience and 2 years as a Driller

• Valid Well Control certification with strong knowledge

• Proven leadership and crew management experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• All standard safety certifications required
