This leadership role entails supervising a Philanthropy Officer and advancing donor recognition and engagement initiatives. Your cutting‑edge approaches will leverage donor‑centered philanthropy to strengthen relationships and enhance stewardship.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive stewardship and recognition program
- Implement impactful donor engagement strategies
- Champion donor perspectives in organizational communications
- Lead effective donor cultivation events and initiatives
- Supervise and mentor the Philanthropy Officer
- University degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years in donor relations or major gifts
- Proven strategic donor stewardship experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar systems
