Position: Senior Manager, Donor Experience - Hybrid
Elevate donor engagement with William Osler Health System Foundation as Senior Manager, Donor Experience in a hybrid work model. Lead fundraising strategies while enhancing donor relations.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will report to the Vice President, Philanthropy and guide an energetic fundraising team. Your focus will be on strategic stewardship, effective communication, and creating impactful donor engagement programs essential for successful fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive donor stewardship and recognition initiatives

• Design customized engagement strategies for major gifts

• Organize and coordinate donor cultivation events

• Maintain detailed donor records and engagement metrics

• Collaborate with other departments for fundraising initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in donor experience or philanthropy

• Knowledge of donor relations and stewardship best practices

• Robust organizational and communication skills

• Experience managing donor recognition programs

• Proficiency in donor database software
