Reporting to the Coordinator, Education & Outreach, you will develop relationships with various stakeholders, oversee cultural programming, and ensure event success. This position also includes evaluating outreach effectiveness and leading programming initiatives. You'll be integral in driving community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and execute cultural events
• Maintain partnerships with community organizations
• Conduct evaluations for ongoing improvements
• Supervise events and support training for staff
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in cultural programming or outreach
• Education in arts administration or related discipline
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
• First Aid CPR−C/AED Certification
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
Drive arts engagement and develop community connections through effective programming in Brampton.
