Position: Development Officer for Homeless Youth

You will assist with planning and executing fundraising activities while engaging with donors and community partners. This role requires administrative support for campaigns, events, and communication efforts aimed at empowering youth in need. Your expertise in fundraising and donor relations will be crucial in building impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support donor engagement initiatives and fundraising strategies

• Organize social media and marketing communications

• Provide administrative support to the fundraising team

• Coordinate donor relations and personalized communications

• Maintain accurate donor records and data management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in related field

• 1–3 years of experience in fundraising or donor relations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid Ontario G Driver's License and clean record required
