Job Summary
We are hiring hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistants for restaurants, hotels, and food service businesses across Canada. This role is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level employment in the hospitality sector. Selected candidates may be considered by employers offering LMIA-supported work opportunities

- Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation
- Wash, cut, and store vegetables and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tools, and work areas
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support smooth daily kitchen operations
- No formal education required
- Basic English communication preferred
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
- Previous kitchen or hotel experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Hourly Wage: CAD $16 – $22 per hour (depending on location and employer)
- Overtime pay as per labor laws
