Lead an energetic team as a Food & Beverage Team Lead at Gateway Casinos. Foster an engaging dining environment focused on exceptional service and team development.
This full-time position at Gateway Casinos requires strong leadership and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll manage the front-of-house activities while mentoring staff to ensure service excellence. Balancing strategic tasks with hands-on team support, you’ll contribute significantly to memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front-of-house staff activities and budget
• Mentor and conduct staff recruitment and training
• Enhance menu offerings and ensure service quality
• Promote knowledge of policies and procedures among staff
• Work with management for food service operations at events
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience or equivalent
• Ability to obtain necessary provincial registration
• FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate or equivalent training
• Effective leadership and customer service skills
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds
