About the Role
Arctic Wolf seeks a highly motivated, flexible, and proven technology sales leader to join our enterprise sales team. Account Executives are pivotal contributors to our fast-growth success, driving new account acquisition in the small‑to‑medium enterprise market. Working with SE, channel, field events, customer success, and sales development teams, you will hold responsibility for achieving sales goals and be the face of Arctic Wolf in Canada—representing our culture and services with integrity, energy, collaboration, and intelligence.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process while conducting detailed and professional sales campaigns.
- Identify net new prospects in assigned territory through discovery calls, partner meetings, events, partner registrations, and personal prospecting.
- Understand the Arctic Wolf Networks Cyber Soc capabilities, benefits, outcomes, and industry context to best position our services and navigate intelligent sales campaigns.
- Use internal security, communication, and CRM tools to increase personal efficiency and productivity while delivering accurate business and customer information.
- Manage 10‑20 sales opportunities per quarter while navigating long‑term strategic opportunities.
- Master competitive offerings and differentiation to focus on customer requirements and outcomes, ensuring effective opportunity qualification and tactical positioning.
- Collaborate with lead‑generation resources to build a pipeline of business and expand opportunities within the territory.
- Build rapport with prospects while acting as the team quarterback to keep the sales process moving forward.
- Discover, build, manage, and grow new business partnerships within the reseller and ecosystem community.
- Leverage personal networks to generate new leads for the territory.
- Attend 8‑10 events and trade shows each quarter.
- Travel within the territory for onsite engagement with prospective customers.
- Collaborate with management to develop near‑term and long‑term strategic territory plans.
- Lead weekly territory calls and maintain strong communication between pre‑sales engineering, marketing, channel, inside sales, and other business‑development resources.
- Improve communication and relationships with pre‑sales engineering counterparts for a cohesive selling process.
- Work with channel resources to ensure success of strategic partners and strengthen channel relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree (business administration, finance, economics, computer science, computer information systems) or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience selling mid‑market (not Fortune 500) using proven sales techniques within a structured framework.
- Consistent track record of sales quota achievement.
- Security, storage, SaaS, or related sales experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High competency with technology, spreadsheets, and CRM utilization.
- Commitment to continuous personal sales development, customer service, and follow‑up.
- Flexibility to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Collaborative mindset across internal groups.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences.
