Become an Internal Sales Advisor at a leading sustainable products manufacturer located in Aylesford. This role is pivotal for delivering excellent customer service and identifying sales growth opportunities.
In your primary function, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, effectively managing their enquiries and processing orders with precision. Your proactive engagement will drive customer satisfaction and help uncover new sales prospects. Close collaboration with various teams will support the external sales efforts and improve overall service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main link for customer enquiries
• Process orders accurately through the ERP system
• Engage proactively with customers for follow-ups
• Use CRM tools to uncover sales opportunities
• Work with teams to ensure timely deliveries
Requirements:
• Background in sales support or customer service
• Strong communication skills in writing and verbally
• Detail-focused with high accuracy standards
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments
