Role Description  This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimating & Sales Representative located in Brampton, ON. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for woodworking projects, analyzing client requirements, and creating proposals. The representative will also actively handle sales responsibilities, including cultivating relationships with potential and current clients, and driving business growth. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
Qualifications   Proficiency in preparing precise cost estimates and analyzing project requirements.
Strong sales acumen with a proven record of building client relationships and meeting targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of woodworking or construction practices and an ability to interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in the use of estimating software and computer systems is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or estimating roles within the construction or woodworking industry is an asset.
