Be a pivotal part of NSK as a Sales Manager for the Manitoba and Northern Ontario territory. Focus on strategic sales and technical support for industrial products and distributors.
As part of your responsibilities, you'll coordinate comprehensive sales planning while addressing technical problems presented by customers. A key aspect of your role includes proactive sales expansion and managing relationships with strategic core accounts. Staying abreast of market trends will help optimize sales strategies and support product forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with engineering teams to assist customers
• Drive opportunity-based sales calls with key stakeholders
• Strategically manage time for full territory coverage
• Document and report on cost savings due to AIP
• Facilitate conflict resolution to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in industrial technical sales
• Experience with industrial distributors is essential
• Familiarity with CRM systems like
• Background in heavy industries preferred
• Living in Manitoba or Northern Ontario is ideal
