Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Maintain knowledge of vehicle features and incentives

• Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle deliveries

• Ensure competitive car quotes and maintain thorough documentation

• Attend required training sessions for ongoing development

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is a must

• Experience in automotive sales preferred

• OMVIC certification is essential

• Experience with dealer CRM systems required

• Strong time management and organizational skills
