Overview
Lead revenue growth initiatives as a Strategic Account Director with Encore. Develop key relationships and drive customer adoption of services in a energetic office setting. In this senior role, you will manage and expand strategic accounts to maximize business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Drive strategic consultative selling across multiple industries
- Build robust relationships to expand revenue opportunities
- Create and execute customer pursuit plans proactively
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including C-Level executives
- Lead customer consultations and presentations effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in a sales-focused account management role
- Proven experience in face-to-face and phone sales
- Solid commercial acumen and networking skills
- Proficiency in CRM software use
- Engage with customers and partners to elevate Encore's services and drive impactful results.
