Genesis Brampton is looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their full-time team. In this role, you will maintain car inventories and prepare essential documentation to ensure streamlined dealership operations. Your strong communication skills and adaptability are crucial as you work in a dynamic environment to support both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and prepare vehicle inventories for the showroom
• Prepare key tags, stock cards, and file folders for vehicles
• Process external work invoices and submit to accounting
• Register certified and used vehicles after sale
• Arrange vehicle transportation and deliveries as needed
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of dealership sales administration experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability including evenings
