Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities for rental business account growth, upselling, and cross‑selling of services using a solution selling approach.
Educate clients on all OPENLANE services and products that could benefit their business.
Communicate with OPENLANE teams regarding larger issues that require escalation.
Serve as a visible resource for the customer, spending significant face time with key decision makers.
Maintain strong relationships with users and partners, offering ongoing sales and technical support.
Travel to Commercial clients to assist with application, training, and support.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the commercial portfolio.
Stay up to date with market and industry news and trends.
Collect data and capture vehicle information for auctions on the platform.
Qualifications 1–2 years of B2B client/account management experience.
1–2 years of rental business experience and knowledge of how rental companies operate.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies.
Autonomous, self‑driven, and a team player.
Willingness to travel daily within the region.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with wholesale vehicle auctions.
Experience in the automotive industry in general.
Knowledge of
Experience with trade shows and referrals.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: CAD $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 (depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors).
Target Bonus: CAD $1,800.00 – $2,000.00 per month.

Work Environment Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Sales & Strategy. This role collaborates with the Commercial Sales team, Commercial Coordinators, Vehicle Logistics Centres, and platform users regularly.
