Territory Manager

Position: Territory Manager at Eaton
Drive market growth as a Territory Manager with Eaton’s Vehicle division in Brampton, Ontario. This hybrid role involves up to 50% travel to foster relationships with truck fleets and OEM dealers.

Eaton is seeking a Territory Manager to enhance the market share of its Heavy Duty and Medium Duty products. You will need a strong background in sales and team leadership to develop and implement successful business strategies throughout Eastern Canada. This role focuses on customer engagement, training, and collaboration to meet sales objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct sales to Truck Fleets and OEM dealerships

• Design tailored value propositions for clients

• Train sales personnel and end users on Eaton products

• Report sales cycle activities and track performance metrics

• Support team development through training and evaluations

Requirements:

• Journeyman certification or related degree required

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or customer support

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel

• Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
