We are expanding our team at Charger Logistics, looking for a Logistics Account Specialist to foster customer relations and ensure their needs are met. You will manage accounts effectively, collaborate with the Implementation team, and be involved in making strategic pricing decisions. This role demands independent working as well as team collaboration to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer commitments are fulfilled
• Work on rate matrix and profitability reviews
• Coordinate customer meetings and presentations
• Maintain a comprehensive client database
• Support the Customer Service Manager in solution delivery
Requirements:
• Experience in logistics account management preferred
• Recent degree in Sales & Marketing or business
• 3+ years in sales and account management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
