About the RoleAuto Planet Brampton is hiring a Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Responsibilities- Utilize dealer systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain solid product knowledge, including manufacturer rebates, finance, and incentive programs.
- Project a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues.
- Ensure work is thorough, accurate, and timely.
- Work effectively without supervision and attend scheduled training.
- Handle customer service calls related to car sale inquiries.
- Provide competitive and reasonable quotes to customers.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle delivery status and readiness for pickup.
- Recommend new equipment, features, and tools and support customer decisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on late deliveries.
- Comply with OMVIC regulations and company safety standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Automotive sales experience preferred.
- OMVIC Certification required.
- Experience with dealer CRM systems required.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility under changing conditions and willingness to work weekends.
- Creative and persuasive negotiation abilities.
- Professionalism and positive attitude under pressure.
- Well‑spoken, friendly, and articulate.
