Our client is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to report to the Manager of Inside Sales & Customer Service.

Your role will involve closely coordinating with the sales team and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Emphasis will be on leveraging CRM effectively and utilizing solution selling techniques for maximum sales penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with assigned accounts

• Coordinate activities with Outside Sales Representatives

• Apply consultative selling techniques effectively

• Regularly update CRM with client interactions

• Respond accurately to inquiries from customers

Requirements:

• 2-5 years’ experience in sales/customer service

• Strong command of English, both written and oral

• Good telephone manner and presence

• Understanding of computers, measurements, and basic geometry

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
