• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
• Build lasting relationships to understand customer needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence and product knowledge
• Negotiate effectively to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Ensure compliance with OMVIC regulations and dealership standards

• Valid OMVIC licence (mandatory)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Goal‑driven mindset with a commitment to customer service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
