- Support the Sales Consultants and drive high performance among the sales team.
- Direct and schedule the activities of all Sales employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
- Motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of Sales employees.
- Oversee the efforts of Car Sales employees to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership.
- Ensure customer retention and profitability by recruiting qualified sales personnel.
- Establish and enforce product‑knowledge standards.
- Conduct sales in adherence to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) rules and regulations.
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience.
- 3+ years of automotive sales management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Professional, friendly and customer‑oriented with high emphasis on achieving high customer service ratings.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Google Suite.
- 180‑hour training experience considered an asset.
- Strong time‑management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and good driving record.
- May be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays as per business needs.
- Valid OMVIC license in good standing.
- Previous automotive dealer sales management experience is an asset.

Job type:
Full Time – Permanent
Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance‑based bonuses). Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
