Become a Sales Representative I with Medtronic and contribute to healthcare innovation. Engage with clients, drive sales, and enhance product education within your territory. This role focuses on promoting Medtronic’s products and services to achieve aggressive sales goals in your assigned geographic area.
You will be responsible for establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. Conducting market research will allow you to stay on top of industry dynamics and relay insights for product improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell Medtronic products in designated regions
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct competitive market research
- Share customer insights with internal teams for development
- High School Diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Alternatively, Associate's Degree with 2+ years experience
- Experience in sales or healthcare product industries
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Capacity to adapt sales strategies as necessary
