Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00
This role provides essential support to our sales function by managing customer communication, processing orders, and coordinating internally to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting operational efficiency across Sales, Production, Shipping, and Finance.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email
- Support Sales Representatives with quotes, pricing information, and customer follow‑ups
- Maintain professional, responsive communication with customers
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in internal systems
- Confirm product details, pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Communicate order changes, delays, or issues promptly
- Work closely with Production, Shipping, and Quality teams to align customer orders with operational capacity
- Proactively identify and elevate potential issues affecting customer delivery
- Maintain customer records, pricing lists, and related documentation
- Prepare sales reports, summaries, or forecasts as required
- Support invoicing, AR coordination, or issue resolution as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve order accuracy, communication, and workflow
- Participate in system updates, CRM maintenance, or process improvements
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not essential) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service preferred but not essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally
- Work with changing requirements and tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong computer skills working with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment
- Accuracy and reliability in order processing
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Proactive communication and problem‑solving
- Working in a team‑based open office
- Be a key connector between Sales, Operations, and customers
- Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational success
- Work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
