Key Responsibilities
As a Volkswagen Sales Executive you will be responsible for the solicitation, development and booking of new business through effective sales techniques and relationship building with prospective and current customers.
The key responsibilities of a VW Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:
Greet and interact with customers.
Present and offer solutions to meet customer’s needs.
Demonstrate and test drive vehicles.
Coordinate all purchases with Sales Manager and Office.
Arrange for timely delivery of purchases.
Complete documentation and arrange for service installations.
Close sales as per agreement.
Input information and maintain customer database.
Other duties as required.

What you bring to the role
Post‑secondary education, college courses.
2-3 years of commissioned sales experiences.
Vehicle sales experiences preferred.
Valid G driver’s license required. OMVIC license and Driver’s abstract required.
Able to maintain a safe driving record.
General knowledge of automobiles.
Able to operate manual and automatic drive transmissions.
Willing to learn new skills and product features.
Strong customer service focus.
Strong knowledge of store policies and procedures.
Hands on involvement.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Adaptable and flexible.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Able to work well under pressure.
Computer literate, including effective working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and e‑mail, social media.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
