This full-time, permanent role involves delivering exceptional customer service, providing competitive car quotes, and maintaining solid product knowledge on Nissan vehicles and financing programs. You will manage customer communications and ensure timely vehicle delivery while adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

• Provide accurate and competitive vehicle quotes

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and updates

• Answer customer inquiries regarding car sales

• Follow up on vehicle delivery progress with customers

Requirements:

• OMVIC Certification is mandatory

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
