Sales Associate - Plumbing & HVAC

Become an essential part of Noble's team as a Counter Sales Associate in Brampton! In this role, you'll engage with customers and ensure their needs are effectively met while maximizing sales.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service with at least two years of experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating inventory, and providing valuable information about our product lines. Your skills in upselling will also contribute to overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct sales services to customers

• Accurately enter and process customer orders

• Pull necessary products from inventory for orders

• Identify and upsell products based on customer needs

• Support various tasks within the profit center

Requirements:

• At least two years customer service experience required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds safely

• Strong relationship-building capabilities
