Lead the food and beverage sales for large conventions as the Catering Sales Manager. Oversee events hosting 1500 to 6000 attendees while ensuring top-tier service and communication.
As the Catering Sales Manager at Legends Global, you will be the primary contact for clients, managing all details of food and beverage sales. This crucial role requires at least five years of experience in food and beverage management or planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment. You will also collaborate closely with Event Managers for strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main client contact leading up to and during events
• Sell and plan detailed menus for assigned conventions
• Produce forecasts for retail services and create sales contracts
• Facilitate communications between sales and operations teams
• Plan all food and beverage details for events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 5 years in Food & Beverage Sales Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hospitality software
