Responsibilities Assist the Regional Sales Director in identifying Jobbers willing to grow their business through acquisition
Sign new members and open new points of sale, prioritizing these activities
Build customer relationships and focus on strategic areas for profitable product line growth
Improve product mix, competitiveness and profitability by listening, probing and understanding customer requirements
Grow National Accounts by exploring opportunities and solving account‑specific needs
Facilitate development between national accounts and membership through implementation and promotion of account programs within the territory
Work with internal teams to ensure support of all products, communications and sales efforts meet agreement standards
Define profitability objectives by analyzing customer needs, potential volumes and trends using internal data reports
Gather market information including pricing insights and opportunities
Update territory pipeline (CRM) weekly; plan, schedule and report on daily activities, customers and leads
Maintain open communication with sales teammates, vendors, marketing and product head office
Coordinate with USI distribution centers for product returns
Provide feedback to corporate regarding program improvements
Plan and coordinate presentations
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in aftermarket automotive sales, product offerings, business development, account management or automotive repairs
University degree or college diploma in commerce, marketing, automotive program, or equivalent
Strong communication skills and ability to work with all organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and aptitude for technology
Self‑motivated team player
Exceptional customer‑relationship management skills in complex selling scenarios, with solution‑focused mindset
Self‑management under pressure and responsiveness to customer demands
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
