Become the face of American Eagle in your community! This part-time Senior Brand Ambassador role in Georgetown showcases your passion for customer service and fashion.

Your primary mission will be to enhance the shopping experience through engaging interactions and a solid understanding of AE and Aerie products. Using the AEO Selling Model, you'll develop brand loyalty while interacting with guests, sharing product expertise, and helping them navigate our loyalty programs. A flexible attitude is important, as you will switch between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model

• Provide insights about AE & Aerie products and promotions

• Educate customers on the benefits of our loyalty program

• Adapt to different store zones efficiently

• Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Love for customer interaction and service

• Capability to handle diverse tasks in a vibrant setting

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous experience in retail preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old
