In this role, you will work closely with clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Cincom’s products can fulfill them. Collaborate with sales teams to design successful strategies and provide essential technical training. Your ability to articulate complex ideas clearly will be key in technical presentations and demonstrations at trade shows and webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on product usage during customer evaluations
• Manage Proof-of-Concepts showcasing Cincom solutions
• Strengthen relationships with customer stakeholders
• Participate in sales negotiations and proposal creation
• Support marketing in developing technical content
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or product management
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of SaaS and modern software architectures
• Proven skills in conducting product demonstrations
• Willingness to travel to customer and industry events
