Your mission will involve protecting and enhancing key store relationships with major chains such as Calgary Co-op while driving new listings and distribution expansion. You will play an essential part in achieving regional revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own relationships with major retail head offices

• Develop and lead promotional programming and business plans

• Actively pursue new product listings and market innovations

• Analyze account performance and implement improvements

• Coordinate with brokers for in-store execution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant account management experience

• Established relationships in Western Canadian retail

• Proven skills in sales and distribution growth

• Capability to manage retail teams effectively

• Strong negotiation and organization abilities
