Location: Office based in Hamilton, territory is in Brampton

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Field-Based, in office half a day/week)

Description
  • Drive revenue by promoting and selling industrial equipment within an assigned territory, identifying new opportunities, and achieving defined sales targets while preparing proposals and quotations as needed.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring consistent pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact, regularly engaging clients to understand their needs and uncover opportunities for additional products, services, and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, resolve issues, and support post‑sale transitions into maintenance and service programs.
  • Participate in ongoing sales planning, including prospecting activities, scheduling meetings, and maintaining consistent outreach efforts.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of outside technical sales experience within industrial, mechanical, or equipment-based environments, with exposure to sectors such as HVAC, manufacturing, or municipal.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial products (valves, process control, or similar) with the ability to read mechanical drawings and assess equipment requirements.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, manage accounts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, combined with strong organizational skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
