This role requires at least 2 years of experience in weather forecasting and meteorology. You'll apply your expertise in real-time weather analysis, utilizing advanced data processing techniques. Forecasting weather impacts and validating weather models are essential tasks to maintain quality and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver detailed weather support for ongoing operations
• Analyze complex weather data from multiple sources
• Produce alert bulletins and anomaly assessments
• Assess impacts of erroneous data on weather products
• Collaborate with management and scientists for recommendations
Requirements:
• 2+ years in weather forecasting and meteorology
• TS/SCI clearance required
• Knowledge of meteorological concepts and analytical methods
• HS diploma or GED necessary
• Ability to adapt to advanced tools and technologies
