This Welder position involves a blend of construction and maintenance responsibilities. You'll fabricate metal parts, select materials, and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

Your role includes preventative maintenance, repair design, and training non-journeyman workers, enhancing team efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and repair on parts and equipment

• Fabricate and replace metal components as needed

• Recommend major repairs and improvements

• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs

• Train and assign work to non-journeyman workers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and codes

• Familiarity with safety standards in welding

• Physical capability for lifting over 20 kilograms

• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
