Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain HVAC systems to prevent unplanned service interruptions
• Perform mechanical repairs and upgrades as needed
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment
• Present maintenance statuses for facility systems
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over 3 years of experience in HVAC
• Familiarity with commercial codes and industry standards
• Ability to read schematics and technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
