Join GTel as a Meter Reader Technician, where you will manage daily assignments and ensure accurate readings. This role requires physical fitness for extensive walking and strong customer service skills.
GTel is seeking a dedicated Meter Reader Technician. You'll accept daily assignments, adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and follow safety protocols. Proficiency in computer systems and effective communication is key to maintaining accurate records and service quality during readings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily meter reading assignments as scheduled
• Upload/download work assignments for efficiency
• Meet and exceed meter reading KPIs
• Report hazards and enhance service quality
• Maintain required handheld devices for readings
Requirements:
• Physically fit to walk long distances
• Valid G driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and CBC required
• General computer proficiency essential
• Proven customer relation skills needed
